Concrete

Concrete is one of the most used materials in the construction industry. It is generally employed in the structural parts of buildings and largely used in skyscrapers, bridges, sidewalks, highways and superhighways and dams. Therefore, concrete quality must accurately be tested for any building realization.

Several variables contribute to define the quality of the concrete utilized for a structure. The workability, the consistency, the setting time and the air content are only few examples.

Matest proposes a vast range of instruments and machines which allow to test concrete and satisfy the EN and other national standards. 

Special voltages and Hz versions are available upon request (i.e. 115 V–60 Hz, 230 V-60 Hz, 115 V-50 Hz, three phase feeding 230 V-60 Hz)
